We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales consultant with overall 3-4 years of experience with at least 1-2 years in presales to support the sales team in identifying customer requirements, presenting technology solutions, and preparing technical proposals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic solution architecture understanding, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. 

The candidate will work closely with sales, and delivery teams to design solutions, conduct demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and assist in customer engagements across various IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team during customer engagements and solution discussions.

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, solution documents, and scope of work (SOW) documents.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer requirements.
• Support effort estimation and pricing discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer requirements and proposed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of overall experience with at least 1-2 years in a Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or related IT role. 
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise applications.  
• Strong presentation and communication skills.  
• Ability to prepare professional technical documents and presentations.  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visio, and presentation tools.  
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams. 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.  
• Exposure to AI, Blockchain, Big Data, or Cybersecurity solutions is an advantage.  
• Understanding of enterprise solution architecture and integration concepts.  
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
